Within the first 48 hours, if you have any major issues with your eyelash extensions, I offer a courtesy mini fill session.

During this session we will also troubleshoot and find a solution for the problem as to avoid it occurring again. 

Things covered under this policy: 

  • Extreme lash loss within the first 48 hours due to no fault of your own (a good way to determine this is by examining the fallen lash extensions. Most likely if the lash extensions that have fallen have your natural lash attached to them, it is no fault of anyone's and this is just natural shedding. If you are losing lash extensions without a natural lash attached, this may be due to an error on the lash artists' part or the client.) 

  • Damage caused by incorrect lash placement 

  • Irritation or reactions that occur within the first 48 hours 

  • Lash extensions that flip or twist within the first 48 hours due to being too heavy 

Things that are NOT covered under this policy are: 

  • Style change (client changes their mind about the type of lashes they want or the style they want or client decides they want to add more lashes or remove some) - for this you will need to book another appointment. 

  • Lash loss/damage due to your lifestyle 

    • Working out​

    • Excessive eye moisture (crying, allergies, etc)

    • Rough sex 

    • Lash picking or pulling

    • Excessive makeup wear

    • Lack of lash cleansing

    • Normal lash shedding

Due to high demand, beginning April 1, 2020, there will be a same-day appointment fee of $30. If you require a same day appointment, please be sure to select it from the add-on list when booking your appointment. If you forget to add it, you will be charged at the time of your appointment. Please call or text before booking your appointment to inform me of the time you'd like to come in and to ensure that I am available. 

The lash studio is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays however, in some cases I may be able to take appointments on these days. There is an additional fee of $40 to schedule appointments on my off days. 

Appointments scheduled before 9 am and/or after 7 pm require an additional fee. 

Please be sure to select the appropriate fees from the add-on menu when booking your appointment. 



All clients are granted a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be subject to rescheduling or cancellation. In the event that your appointment is canceled due to tardiness, you will not receive your deposit back. 

If we agree to keep the appointment, you will NOT be granted more time and your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time. 

For instance, if your appointment was scheduled for 1 pm - 2 pm and you arrive at 1:30, your appointment will still end at 2 pm and if you require additional time to achieve the lash look you desire, you will need to schedule a new appointment. 


Clients are asked to arrive NO MORE than 3 to 5 minutes early for their appointment. Being early potentially cuts into either another clients time or my personal time. 

If you are unfamiliar with the area, I highly recommend utilizing Google Maps/GPS to determine what time you will need to depart to arrive at the lash studio just on time. There is never a need to arrive to your appointment any more than 10 minutes early. If something changes in your schedule and you have more time available than you originally accounted for and would like to know if you can come a bit earlier, please feel free to reach out to me and inquire BEFORE coming to the studio. 


You are allowed to reschedule your appointment 2 times only. Thereafter, you agree to forfeit your deposit and will need to book a new appointment. Appointments rescheduled within less than 24 hours creates "gaps" in my schedule which is an inconvenience for me and also hinders another client from potentially booking that time slot. Please be considerate when rescheduling. I ask for at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule 24 hours or less before your scheduled appointment, you consent to be responsible for 50% of your service fee. You will be refunded or credited for the remaining 50%.

By booking with me, you agree to be responsible for 50% of your service cost if you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

            - NO CALL NO SHOW

In the event of a no call - no show, the client agrees to forfeit the entire cost of their service and must schedule an entirely new appointment if they wish to be serviced. 


There are to be NO phones on the lash table. NO EXCEPTIONS. Phones are to be placed on silent and put away. You will not be allowed or even able to open your eyes to view your phone or take calls and I will not stop the lashing process to check it for you. If you have an "emergency" and feel you need to be allowed to use your phone during your appointment, I will kindly ask that you reschedule for a time when you don't have any "emergencies". Opening your eyes during your lash appointment is unsafe and creates a liability for me that I am not willing to take. I need you to be fully relaxed and your eyes to be as still possible - ringing/vibrating phones create unnecessary and dangerous distractions. Please schedule your lash appointments for the most convenient time when you will be able to disconnect for a few hours comfortable. 


During your lash appointment, you need to be as relaxed as possible and your eyes need to be relaxed as well therefore, I have created a calming environment conducive to relaxation and additional guests disrupts that. Please do not bring anyone with you. If you bring someone with you, they cannot be allowed in the studio while you are being serviced. If you feel your situation is the exception to this rule, please reach out to me BEFORE your appointment.
